Governance

At the launch of the fund, the investment mandate is communicated to members as part of the onboarding process. Once the fund is fully launched and governance processes are fully functional, anticipated within 12 months of launch, any changes to the investment mandate must be approved by the standard proposal and voting process described in the previous section.
