Endorse and Advocate for Proposals

If a proposal fits all the requirements, at least one Contributor must endorse the proposal and become an advocate for it. The Contributor creates a dedicated channel on Discord to present the proposal to TLD members. After the required proposal discussion period has passed, the proposal will be put up to a vote by members.
