Community NFT holders

These are ‘owners’ and roleplayers of the DAO. NFTs assigned to these stakeholders enable access and input, through decision making, on a range of critical spheres within and outside of the DAO. Internally, these NFT holders can make decisions on the management composition of the DAO. Externally, These NFT holders have the power to direct grants.

Community NFTs - Early Adopters (Ambassadors)

The DAO will be distributing 1000 bespoke pieces at its launch. These pieces will be airdropped to individuals chosen by Takalabs/Takadao and/or Sponsors of these 1000 pieces. And this will be done with benefit to the DAO as priority.

Early Adopter in general is defined as a person who starts using a product or technology as soon as it becomes available. In the context of HoW, we define early adopters as persons who:

• Support the HoW DAO vision

• Understand the HoW DAO mission

• Show web3 savvy (comfortable with the trajectory that the crypto ecosystem is following)

• Maintains a professional persona (online)

• Has a reasonable chance of garnering a substantial online following

• Agrees to further enhancing the DAOs reach

Sponsors of this project and funds raised by Takadao will fund these 1000 pieces. This initiative is expected to raise $50 000 for the DAO treasury. Essentially giving a $50 (@ETH equivalent price v USD, if ETH is $2000, then 0.025ETH is the FP) Floor Price to each of these 1000 pieces.

Community NFTs - Other

These are also ‘owners’ and role-players of the DAO. NFTs assigned to these stakeholders enable access and input, through decision making, on a range of critical spheres within and outside of the DAO. Internally, these NFT holders can make decisions on the management composition of the DAO. Externally, These NFT holders have the power to direct grants. This sub class of HoW DAO NFTS will follow in further iterations of the DAO through future NFT projects.

NFTs will contain metadata related to the duties and responsibilities assigned to the relevant individual/s/Institutions as identified.

• Rights

Holders of these NFTs have the right to partake in critical strategic and tactical decision making.

• Privileges

Privilege of nominating proposals for fast tracking, projects that they believe will be impactful.

Proof of Membership to our community, Discounts, 1st Access to future NFT launches, Access to exclusive Content, Access to Events, Rewards of Contribution to Waqf.

• Responsibilities

As assigned through the DAO requirements

In its nascency, our DAO will distribute a single variant of NFT that will enable the roleplayers above to participate in and complete specific tasks in favor of the DAO, eg. voting on management candidacy, voting on grant deployment, discourse towards potential funding of projects etc. Further details of the utility of this class of NFT will be fleshed out and communicated on the DAO’s platforms.

The real benefit of our initial single class (Ambassador) of NFT is that they will become extremely rare (and valuable) over the life of the DAO.
