The LifeDAO Refund Policy

Understand how refunds may be requested and how cancellations are handled within The LifeDAO.

Refund Eligibility

Members may request a refund within 14 days of payment.

If a refund request is submitted within this 14-day period, the payment may be returned according to the applicable membership terms.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

After the 14-Day Period

If a refund request is not made within 14 days:

  • The payment will be considered waived or donated to the community fund

  • The associated free Life Protection plan will be cancelled

  • Membership benefits linked to that payment will no longer apply

Grace Period & Consequences of Non-Payment

If a Member fails to make their scheduled contribution within the 14-day Grace Period:

  • The Member's Contract will be automatically cancelled

  • 100% of the Member's tokens will be burned immediately

  • Membership cancellation will include cancellation of all additional services, including but not limited to Farewell Service and Community Life Fund Services (as applicable)

Membership Cancellation

Members may terminate their membership at any time. However, refunds are only available during the initial 14-day refund window.

No refunds will be issued for unused Dues after this period.

Enforcement and Termination

The LifeDAO reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases including:

  • Breach of terms

  • Non-payment of Dues

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Harmful conduct within the community

Termination of membership does not automatically create eligibility for a refund outside the 14-day refund window.
