How do you use my personal data (ex. email, name etc)?
There are several categories of user data, each with specific purposes as will be further outlined in the Terms and Conditions (T&C) pre-launch.
First Category: General - This includes non-sensitive data used for user identification, such as first name, email address, wallet address, and phone number. These details are typically used for account setup, communication, and general user interaction within the platform.
Second Category: Legal - These are sensitive and legally required data for providing services, often referred to as KYC data. They are highly secured and accessible only when necessary for timely service, such as validation or claim processing. Examples include government ID and home address.
Third Category: Membership - Similar to general data but more tailored to user involvement in the fund. Access to this data is as required, with fewer restrictions compared to legal data. Examples include contributions, membership ID, and join date.
Fourth Category: Security - This comprises sensitive data, similar to legal data, used solely to ensure user protection and compliance with T&C. Unlike other categories, this data is only visible to the underlying system and does not require human access. Examples include last access, geolocation, and device identifiers.
Fifth and final category: Activities - These are data related to user interactions with the fund, accessible only by the user and their account manager/support agent. Examples include verification, membership updates, and account management.
