⚠️Help! I used the Ethereum network

Crypto transactions can be really stressful. What makes them tricky is that you don't just need to make sure to copy-paste the right wallet address as the destination of your crypto, but also the network, i.e. the mode of transportation that gets it there.
TLD uses the Arbitrum network for all its transactions; so if you accidentally used Ethereum to send your USDC, it won't show up in your TLD wallet. You'll need to transfer the USDC back to the original wallet.
After logging in and connecting your wallet, open the wallet overview component. This view will display your total balance and all tokens listed under your address.
This will display the wallet balance of your TLD wallet in the Ethereum network.
Insert the amount you want to transfer. You should see the total balance in the interface. If you want to take out all your balance, select the “Max” button to prepopulate the maximum.
Insert the address you wish to transfer the amount to. Click Send.
Transactions on Ethereum take a few seconds to possess due to network demands. Wait for 5 to 15 seconds to see your new balance.
If you follow these steps, you'll be able to transfer USDC between your TLD wallet and other wallets you own on the Ethereum network.
TLD does not provide bridging tokens from a network to another (e.g. Ethereum to Arbitrum).
To top up your Arbitrum balance, you can purchase tokens directly using your credit card/ bank account through the onramp providers we partnered with (or onramp providers outside of TLD).
