Ownership Facet manage the admin keys. The default Diamond owner it is the deployer, but this ownership can be transfered on the deployment or any time after it

transferOwnership	address _newOwner	Transfer the Diamond Ownership

Read-only functions

owner	returns (address)	Returns the current Diamond Owner. It is the only one allowed to perform upgrades
