# The LifeDAO Refund Policy ### Refund Eligibility Members may request a refund within **14 days** of payment. If a refund request is submitted within this 14-day period, the payment may be returned according to the applicable membership terms. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund. ### After the 14-Day Period If a refund request is not made within 14 days: * The payment will be considered waived or donated to the community fund * The associated free Life Protection plan will be cancelled * Membership benefits linked to that payment will no longer apply ### Grace Period & Consequences of Non-Payment If a Member fails to make their scheduled contribution within the 14-day Grace Period: * The Member's Contract will be **automatically cancelled** * **100% of the Member's tokens will be burned immediately** * Membership cancellation will include cancellation of all additional services, including but not limited to Farewell Service and Community Life Fund Services (as applicable) ### Membership Cancellation Members may terminate their membership at any time. However, refunds are only available during the initial 14-day refund window.
