• Ukraine

• Turkey

• Israel

• Mainland China

• India

• Vietnam

• Nepal

• Iraq

The LifeCard is also not available in the following US states:

• Arizona

• Delaware

• Georgia

• Idaho

• Louisiana

• Maryland

• Mississippi

• Missouri

• Montana

• Ohio

• Oregon

• Rhode Island

• Tennessee

• Washington

• Wisconsin
