# Basic Plan

The Basic plan is The Lifedao's entry-level membership for $100/year (approximately $8/month). It is designed for people new to DeFi who want to explore the TLD ecosystem with a lower upfront commitment. It is a DIY (Do It Yourself) plan.

### Included benefits

Upon signing up and completing payment, you will receive:

* 20 USDC in starter cash, deposited directly into your LifeWallet
* Access to the LifeWallet and LifeCard
* The ability to send, receive, and spend crypto immediately

The 20 USDC starter cash is yours to use right away; top up your LifeCard, send it to someone, or simply use it to get familiar with how your LifeWallet works. For many new members, this is the first crypto they have ever owned.

* You want to explore The Lifedao ecosystem with low risk
* You want access to The Lifedao community and its core products

### Refunds

If you request a refund within the allowed refund period, you will receive $75 back. The remaining $25 covers the starter cash and on-ramp costs and is non-refundable.
