# Token Supply

TAKA will have a fixed supply of 1 billion (1,000,000,000) tokens.&#x20;

In the event there is insufficient liquidity, supply may be increased upon agreement by token holders subject to voting procedures conducted in accordance with Takadao governance bylaws.&#x20;
